General:

By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service as stated below!
Changing my ToS does not obligate me to inform you about it!Do not copy, steal, repost or use my art in any form or way!
This includes not reposting it on Pinterest without proper credit!
Do not copy, steal, repost or use my characters as yours in any way!

Commissions:

I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiry without necessary explanation!- Turnaround time
My max turnaround time is up to 4 months to finish a commission. Please only commission me if you are willing to eventually have to wait!
Set deadlines are possible but must be discussed and agreed by both side beforehand.- Payment
Payment must be made upfront through PayPal or Ko-fi in € Euro.
I will not start sketching until I receive payment.- Proper references
Please provide me with a clear digital reference.
Unless you give me artistic freedom with your commission, please be willing to answer my questions and discuss your wishes with me so I can give you a piece you're happy with~- Sketch Approval
Once I sketched your commission, I will send the sketch to you for approval. I will only continue after you approved the sketch.
Unless you do not wish to see progress images of your commission, I will be sending you the piece at different stages to ask for approval.
Chat history of approvals may not be deleted!- Refund
You may request the commission to be cancelled Has the sketch been approved by you and I have continued to work on the piece, refund rates are as follows:
- 50% refund if sketched/lined
- 25% refund when coloured
- No refund once shading has been startedI do not refund finished pieces! WIPs (work in progress) of the piece will be asked to be approved by you at multiple stages - thus, there are no major changes and no refunds to finished pieces!

Ownership and Usage:

You are free to repost your commissioned pieces with proper credit that can be easily found in the description of your repost / submission. Please ask me about reposting gift art or art trades you have received from me!
Uploading pieces to websites like ToyHouse are completely fine!Commissioned artwork is still my work and I reserve the right to post and use the piece on any social media accounts and as example for my skills and works in my price list.
However you may of course remain anonymous as the commissioner! Let me know beforehand if you do not want to be tagged in the piece's description!Unless discussed ahead, you're not allowed to use my art in any form of commercial use!You may not repost my work without credit, with hidden credit that is difficult to find or with my watermark removed, blurred out our cropped out!
Do not do anything NFT related with my art! Do not alter my art with AI and do not add and use my art in any form related to generative AI and it's databases.Violation of my ToS regarding Ownership and Usage will land you on a blacklist!
